Drive continuous improvement, leveraging insights to improve processes. 🎯 Requirements Experience with leading a team of implementation managers, consultants, or solution engineers (≥2 years). Experience with integration projects in a global firm. Proven track record driving global process change and implementing tools. Understand global org dynamics; build relationships across teams and time zones. Clear understanding of global commerce challenges and regional dependencies.
