📋 Description Partner with commercial teams to drive adoption of optimization. Leverage data-driven insights with Data Analysts to inform merchant talks. Lead discussions with customers, equipping teams with tools and training. Act as a payment optimization expert, offering internal guidance and merchant support. Deploy sophisticated optimization playbooks across Adyen’s portfolio. Upsell Adyen products (Protect, Uplift) by bridging customers and product teams. 🎯 Requirements 5+ years in Risk, Payment Performance, Data or similar in payments. Experience in payments is a must. Fluent in English and Portuguese. Based in São Paulo office (3 days in person). Strong data analysis; dashboards in Looker/Tableau a plus.
