Senior Operations Specialist

📋 Description Plan and manage initiatives to improve study delivery quality and efficiency. Develop and implement processes, change plans, and standards for ops excellence. Lead change management and communications to ensure adoption and sustainability. Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to prioritize improvements and KPIs. Monitor performance, identify risks, and maintain documentation/tools. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 5-7 years in change management, operations support, and process improvement. Experience in CRO/pharma/biotech drug development. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams). Knowledge of ICH-GCP and regulatory guidance. Strong communication, interpersonal and training skills; independent and team oriented.
