Senior Operations Specialist

📋 Description Lead initiatives to improve quality, efficiency, and delivery of studies. Plan processes and change management plans for operational excellence. Support process improvement, training content, and change initiatives. Execute functional priorities with minimal oversight. Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to drive improvements. Design and implement new processes with context and priorities. Lead change management and communication to ensure adoption of changes. Lead internal communication on progress, issues, blockers impacting goals. Identify operational risks and drive mitigation plans. Document business processes and maintain tools/templates. Establish KPIs and dashboards to monitor performance. Provide training and guidance on new processes and improvements. Support standardized best practices for consistency and sustainability. Monitor and adjust new initiatives for effectiveness and adoption. Travel as needed. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. 5-7 years in change management, ops support, and process improvement. Experience in CRO/pharma/biotech drug development or related areas. Strong drug development experience with cross-functional knowledge. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook/Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Teams). Strong written and verbal English communication. Knowledge of ICH-GCP and regulatory guidance. Interpersonal and training skills.
