📋 Description Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories. Evaluate patients' functional status, including strength, endurance, vision, and ADL/IADL. Assess cognitive, psychological, and motor function; develop intervention plans. Evaluate home environments for hazards or barriers to independence. Identify equipment needs and environmental adaptations. Educate patients and families; update care plan and coordinate with nursing. 🎯 Requirements A current VA Occupational Therapist license. A minimum of one year of recent work experience as an Occupational Therapist. Graduation from an occupational therapy program accredited jointly by the AMA and the AOTA. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem solving skills.
