Business Performance Improvement – M&A Integration and Separation (Senior Associate)

📋 Description Support end-to-end delivery of M&A integration, separation, and carve-out. Execute workstreams across finance, HR, IT, operations, supply chain, and legal. Execute integration and separation plans, including pre-close, Day 1, and TSA. Analyze financial, operational, and organizational data to identify patterns and risks. Identify process and tech opportunities across P2P, O2C, R2R, and shared services. Contribute to client deliverables: analyses, presentations, roadmaps, and status. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related. Minimum 3 years in management consulting, transaction advisory, corporate development, FP&A. Experience supporting M&A integration, separation, or post-merger transformation. Understanding of transaction lifecycle: integration planning, Day 1, operating model. Cross-functional experience across finance, HR, IT, operations, and procurement.
