📋 Description Provide tailored flight options based on advisor and client preferences Manage flight-related inquiries, requests, and issue resolution Book, ticket, refund, and changes using Sabre cryptic mode Issue and redeem MCOs (Miscellaneous Charges Orders) Monitor and action ticketing and schedule change queues Research aircraft types, seating configurations, and routing options 🎯 Requirements 3+ years of experience in flight support, air desk, or similar Strong Sabre in cryptic mode, including manual and automated workflows High attention to detail in fast-paced, high-volume work Strong reading comprehension of fare rules, airline policies, and SOPs Ability to follow detailed instructions in complex booking and ticketing Availability to work U.S. time zones, weekends and holidays 🎁 Benefits Independent, full-time remote contractor role Contractors must provide their own equipment (laptop, stable internet, backup connectivity) Live skills assessment focused on Sabre cryptic commands
