📋 Description Build and deploy ML/LLM-powered services for AI features on Workato. Design, develop, and operate ML/LLM systems end-to-end. Write high-quality Python code that is testable and maintainable. Improve validation, observability, and performance monitoring for ML services. Partner with product managers and engineers to ship AI capabilities. Evaluate and improve ML implementations; identify bottlenecks. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or equivalent. 3+ years in Machine Learning Engineering, Data Science, or similar role. Strong Python programming skills. Hands-on experience with NLP and/or LLM-based systems. Strong software engineering fundamentals (testing, code quality, debugging, version control). Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-moving environment and drive ownership.
