Chief Data Officer (CDO)

📋 Description Define and evolve company-wide data strategy to improve monetization for games. Translate strategy into execution: lead teams, roadmaps, and infrastructure. Partner with product, engineering, marketing, and operations to boost revenue via data/ML. Build and evaluate ML/AI models; run A/B and multivariate tests. Establish scalable experimentation culture with test design standards and rigor. Own data governance, quality, security, and privacy across markets. 🎯 Requirements Proven experience as a CDO/VP Data or senior data leader, ideally in gaming/monetization. Hands-on ML/AI background with model building, training, and evaluation. Experience designing and running A/B tests or experimentation frameworks. Track record translating data strategy into measurable business outcomes. Deep knowledge of data governance, architecture, and modern data infrastructure (cloud, pipelines, MLOps).
