📋 Description Conduct preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and system upgrades at customer sites. Assist Install Department with site planning, inspections, and system commissioning after construction. Organize and prioritize daily service calls and routes for timely completion. Build and maintain relationships with customers through service, training, and support. Drive safely and follow traffic laws to reach service locations. Operate power equipment (aerial lifts, saws, jackhammers, mixers). 🎯 Requirements Must be available to travel Monday–Friday weekly. Valid Driver’s License. At least 2+ years of hands-on experience troubleshooting and installing systems (experience with access control systems and/or fire alarms is a plus). Strong ability to analyze and troubleshoot system issues effectively. Basic Math Skills – necessary for measuring, calculating, and troubleshooting system configurations.
