📋 Description Own Growth engineering end-to-end for funnel, onboarding, PLG, retention. Partner with Product Growth and Growth Design leadership. Drive high-cadence experiments and ship learnings fast. Lead AI-driven personalization and onboarding intelligence. Hire and coach engineers; promote AI fluency and impact. Set architectural decisions enabling speed and sustainable debt. Move fast by removing blockers and staying focused. 🎯 Requirements 8+ years software engineering; 4+ years leading teams. Growth/platform/product eng in fast-paced SaaS or consumer tech. Fluency in funnel analytics, A/B testing, activation, retention, PLG. Strong data instincts; read funnels and instrument features. AI/ML features experience in product surfaces.
