📋 Description Join Elmhurst clinic in Queens as Care Coordinator. Welcome patients and manage appointment flow. Respond to calls/emails within 2 hours, up to 24 hours. Guide patients through out-of-network experience. Greet patients with a smile; deliver 5-star service. Collaborate with team to ensure care and support. 🎯 Requirements Previous customer service experience. Hospitable, welcoming, and team-oriented. Strong communication and ability to multi-task.
