📋 Description Escalation point for complex infra issues from L1/L2 support. Design, implement, and maintain secure, highly available cloud/hybrid infra (Azure focus). Lead IaaS/PaaS/SaaS deployments to meet fintech compliance (SOC 2, PCI-DSS, SOX). Administer Windows Server, AD (on-prem/Azure), and M365 apps (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive). Manage endpoint security and MDM via Intune/JAMF; enforce Zero Trust. Implement IAM: Azure AD Conditional Access, MFA, and SSO integrations. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS or equivalent. 5+ years of progressive systems administration; 2+ in senior/L3. Azure expert: VMs, Networking, AD, and Security Center. VMware vSphere and Citrix Virtual Desktops on Azure experience. IaC: Terraform, Ansible; scripting with PowerShell/Python/Bash.
