📋 Description Translate regulatory requirements into clear technical specs for engineering teams. Partner with product/engineering to design, build, and maintain compliance-related systems and controls. Review technical implementations for regulatory gaps, and own remediation efforts. Develop and maintain compliance analytics, data quality controls, data reconciliation processes to support monitoring, regulatory reporting, and audit readiness. Serve as the technical subject-matter expert during regulatory exams, audits, and third-party assessments. Stay current on evolving regulatory requirements in the US and key international markets, and proactively surface changes that require engineering action. 🎯 Requirements 3–5+ years of experience in compliance engineering, fintech compliance, or a similar technical role. Working knowledge of US financial regulations: BSA, AML, KYC, OFAC, and FinCEN. Hands-on experience with transaction monitoring systems, identity verification workflows, or watchlist screening tools. Ability to read and reason about code (Python, SQL, or similar). Experience translating regulatory language into technical requirements or acceptance criteria. Experience using SQL, data analytics, and reconciliation techniques to validate compliance controls and support regulatory reporting. 🎁 Benefits Unlimited time off with a 10-day minimum.
