Job Description
📋 Description Provide telehealth therapy for eating disorders (family, individual, group) Implement FBT, CBT-E, CBT-ARFID, and other evidence-based treatments Maintain caseload of 30-40 with 20-26 hours direct care Attend mandatory trainings and group supervision/meetings Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team (physicians, dietitians, mentors) Use Equip EMR to communicate per policies 🎯 Requirements Active, unrestricted license to practice psychotherapy in Wisconsin Ability to support a diverse patient caseload (ages, backgrounds, acuity) Passion for evidence-based care and treatment Availability to provide care 2 evenings per week until 8pm Enthusiastic, strong team player Ability to deliver care virtually 🎁 Benefits Flex PTO (3-5 weeks/year) + 11 paid holidays Generous medical, dental, vision, life, and AD&D insurance; premium coverage 401K option and HealthJoy; Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Continuing education stipend; unlimited NetCE access Home office stipends and company laptop
