📋 Description Own end-to-end Vehicle/Hardware safety case program management. Plan, scope, schedule, and drive claims to closure across releases. Coordinate hardware evidence engineers; track progress and risk. Ensure safety case sufficiency for Go/No-Go releases and audits. Bridge Hardware, Vehicle Platform, Systems/Safety Eng, and Safety Org. Report status to SRB and leadership; ensure audit-readiness. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's in Electrical/Computer/Mechanical Eng or equivalent. 5+ years in technical program management, hardware/systems eng, safety case. Experience in safety-critical hardware domains (auto/aerospace/industrial). Strong planning, tracking, risk, and cross-functional delivery. Knowledge of safety/assurance methods; ISO 26262; ASPICE familiarity. Familiar with hardware safety evidence: FMEA, reliability analyses.
