📋 Description Own reliability processes from design through production. Develop and scale a quality system for Terran R. Lead in-process build verification and manufacturing coordination. Drive nonconformance, root cause analysis, and corrective actions. Champion DFM practices, walk-down checklists, and quality inspection automation. Build cross-functional partnerships with Engineering, Manufacturing, Test, and Launch. 🎯 Requirements BS in Engineering or STEM; 5+ years as Quality Engineer. Extensive interface with design, manufacturing, test. Aerospace manufacturing knowledge and quality processes. PLM, MES, ERP, QMS proficiency; GD&T skills. Able to solve problems creatively; set goals and objectives. Self-starter who can roll out new processes across teams. NPI experience for hardware in manufacturing/test environments.
