📋 Description Develop process plans, work instructions, and work orders for avionics hardware Conduct Manufacturing Readiness Reviews to ensure production readiness and risk mitigation Provide DFM feedback to improve manufacturability Support build techs by troubleshooting issues and corrective actions Collaborate with supply chain and quality teams for procure/inspection of avionics components Analyze process data to drive continuous improvement and capacity planning 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Aerospace Eng (or related) 7+ years in avionics manufacturing or process development Hands-on PCBA, avionics boxes, or wire harness assembly IPC standards knowledge for PCB and cable assembly Experience with process docs: work instructions, control plans, tests 🎁 Benefits Equity and competitive benefits Generous PTO and sick leave Parental leave Annual learning and development stipend Other perks and wellness programs
