📋 Description Own the quality system for Terran R; establish controls and inspections. Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, test, and launch to embed reliability. Drive quality initiatives including spec development, walk-downs, and DFM. In-process build verification and coordination of manufacturing work. Lead nonconformance, root cause analysis, and corrective actions. 🎯 Requirements BS in Engineering; minimum 3 years as a Quality Engineer. Experience interfacing with design, manufacturing, test, and launch teams. Aerospace manufacturing knowledge; familiarity with PLM, MES, ERP, QMS. Experience with FMEA, APQP, SPC, PPV; AS9100/ISO9001 knowledge. Strong communication; able to roll out processes across teams.
