📋 Description Design, build, and sustain opto-mechanical solutions for optical systems. Lead NPI with Manufacturing; develop new variations and features. Collaborate with cross-functional hardware teams to solve evolving challenges. In-office role in Sunnyvale, CA with 4-5 days on-site; WFH allowed. This role includes lab work to build and test optics equipment. Visa sponsorship and relocation are not offered. 🎯 Requirements B.S. in Mechanical Engineering or related field; 3+ years in opto-mechanical design. Strong mechanical background; CAD fluency; SolidWorks. Experience developing specs for optical/opto-mechanical/optoelectronic assemblies. Knowledge of GD&T, SPC; product quality metrics.
