📋 Description 🎯 Requirements 7–10+ years product leadership in payments infrastructure or core banking. Proven success building/scaling cross-border payment rails in high-volume real-time env. Experience with direct bank integrations and commercial negotiation. Led payment orchestration and dynamic routing in production. Experience building fiat solutions for institutions (segregated accounts, bulk APIs).
