Senior Manager, Global Partnerships (Listing & Tokenization)

📋 Description Partner with early-stage blockchain and token projects via launch support and rewards. Develop partnerships with tokenization platforms for RWA initiatives. Expand ecosystem partnerships around X Layer, OKX's on-chain network. Own end-to-end project and relationship management across OKX's ecosystem. Source, evaluate, and negotiate collaborations with Web3 projects across sectors. Drive ecosystem growth with activations and campaigns with partners. 🎯 Requirements 5+ years in business development, launch platforms, or partnerships in crypto/finance. Ability to identify, structure, and close high-stakes collaborations. Strong crypto-native foundation: token economics, on-chain ecosystems. Understanding of tokenization and the RWA space; RWA experience a plus. Able to operate in new business lines, with ambiguity tolerance. Excellent written/verbal communication and stakeholder management. Fluent in English and Mandarin; Cantonese a plus.
