Partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, CS, and Operations to align priorities. Act as trusted advisor to legal department leaders and senior stakeholders. Drive org performance via planning, resource mgmt, and talent development. Help define the future of Legal Engineering at Harvey. 🎯 Requirements Qualified lawyer with 9+ years PQE. Experience at a top-tier firm (Vault 50) or in-house at a Fortune 500/leading tech company. Experience leading managers and manager-led organizations. Proven success building and scaling high-performing teams in fast-paced environments. Experience owning organizational systems, processes, and operating models.
