Associate Director, S&OP, Systems, Data Analysis & Production Planning Operations

📋 Description Lead the S&OP cycle end-to-end - align demand, supply, inventory, finance. Build and maintain integrated supply/distribution models from source through patient. Own configuration, master data and data integrity across ERP/MRP; translate forecasts into production plans. Develop analytics, dashboards and KPIs for inventory health, capacity, service levels and forecast accuracy. Run scenario and what-if planning for launches, demand shifts and constraints. Drive continuous improvement in planning accuracy, system utilization and data governance. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's degree in supply chain, engineering, ops, or related. 8+ years progressive supply chain planning experience. S&OP ownership in regulated pharma/biotech. Hands-on ERP/MRP experience (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar). Strong data analytics: AI, SQL, BI tools, Excel.
