📋 Description Define design direction and elevate customer experience for Odin. Lead product design and visual brand across the company. Build design systems, processes, and feedback loops at scale. Create prototypes, test with customers, turn learnings into UI. Turn complex, regulatory workflows into clear, intuitive experiences. Collaborate with founders, designers, and cross-functional teams for the US launch. 🎯 Requirements 8+ years of product design experience with end-to-end impact. In-house experience owning complete customer journeys. Portfolio with polished production-ready UI and measurable impact. Strong information architecture, interaction design, and prototyping. Experience designing complex, multi-party products or regulated environments.
