Finance Operations - Associate

📋 Description Support month-end, quarter-end, year-end close in NetSuite. Maintain GL hygiene and ledger postings. Perform bank, intercompany, and GL reconciliations. Update Prepaids, Fixed Assets schedules. Prepare vendor, agency, contractor accruals, and severance. Ensure data accuracy and adherence to SOPs and controls. 🎯 Requirements MBA(Finance) or M.Com or Semi-Qualified CA preferred. 2–3 years in U.S. accounting, GL maintenance, or finance ops. Hands-on ERP experience, preferably Oracle NetSuite. Strong MS Excel skills: lookups, pivot tables, reconciliations. Solid understanding of accruals, prepaid amortization, and bank/GL reconciliations.
