Thermal Design Engineer - Power Group

📋 Description Perform thermal design calculations for fire-tube boilers (heat/mass balance, sizing). Design and optimize boiler components (furnaces, chambers, economizers). Conduct combustion calculations for fuels (gas, LPG, diesel, biomass). Prepare thermal design reports, calculations, datasheets, and specs. Evaluate boiler performance (evaporation, flue gas temps, excess air). Support proposals with sizing calculations and performance guarantees. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's in Mechanical/Thermal/Energy Eng or related. 4–5 years in thermal design of fire-tube boilers. Strong knowledge of heat transfer, combustion, thermodynamics, and fluid flow. Familiarity with boiler standards, codes (ASME, IBR) and regs.
