📋 Description Shape product design strategy aligning business, customer needs, and tech feasibility. Design and build with PMs/Engineers; use AI end-to-end from research to prototyping. Turn ideas into wireframes, diagrams, flows, and prototypes to align teams. Talk to customers and partners to validate designs. Improve design tools, processes, and standards for the team. Early customer research during strategy to shape direction. 🎯 Requirements Solid, real-world design experience in human-centered design. Comfortable moving across fidelity levels: rough wireframes to polished mockups. You use AI in your design process and know when to question AI output. Hands-on experience with customer research methods. Ability to explain complex ideas simply to designers and non-designers.
