📋 Description Prepare quantity takeoffs for painting projects using PlanSwift and Excel. Review drawings, specs, finishes, and painting scopes. Interpret painting specifications, products, coatings, and finishes. Communicate with clients to clarify scope and bid requirements. Develop competitive cost estimates based on production rates and materials. Identify exclusions and scope gaps before submitting proposals. 🎯 Requirements 2-5+ years estimating for US-based commercial painting contractors. Proficiency with PlanSwift and Excel; read drawings and specs. Knowledge of painting methods, coatings, finishes, and labor productivity. Excellent English communication; strong organization; ability to manage multiple bids. Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
