Engineering Manager, Information Security

📋 Description Lead and grow the Information Security team; deliver on the security roadmap. Own detection and response end-to-end; tune detections and reduce response time. Serve as incident commander; coordinate investigations and post-incident reviews. Own escalation path for customer security concerns; triage and resolve. Scale the team with automation and AI-assisted workflows. Strengthen cloud and corporate security posture across IAM, endpoints, and SaaS. 🎯 Requirements 5+ years information security; 2+ years leading a security team. Hands-on detection engineering, SIEM, incident response; plus cloud IAM. Coding ability and automation; AI-assisted security workflows. Practical, risk-based approach; focus on reducing risk. Strong written communication: runbooks, post-mortems, briefs.
