(Senior / Staff) Product Manager - Accounting & Ledger (f/m/d)

📋 Description Define and drive roadmap for ledger and accounting platform (COA, journals, close) Own the General Ledger Engine – multi-entity, multi-currency ledger Lead automated transaction ingestion and journal-entry workflows with DATEV/SaltEdge/Konfipay integrations Partner with engineering to design valuation logic and NAV data foundations Translate accounting and fund finance requirements into clear product logic and automation Collaborate with operations, CFOs, and fund controllers to optimise close workflows 🎯 Requirements Hands-on experience building or shipping a general ledger Deep knowledge of double-entry accounting, COA design, and financial close 7+ years product management in fintech, accounting, or financial data Proven ability to manage data-heavy, mission-critical product areas with strict accuracy Excellent communication and stakeholder management across technical and non-technical teams Analytical, data-driven mindset with precision and traceability 🎁 Benefits Competitive salary Customizable benefits package 28 days vacation, plus 2 company days and public holidays Remote-flexible hybrid (3 days/week in office) or fully remote Up to 4 remote calendar weeks a year Diverse team of 120+ bunchies from 40+ countries
