Maintenance Supervisor - Bexley Crossing at Providence

📋 Description Lead and coordinate a service team to maintain property grounds and buildings. Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall and appliances. Schedule and supervise in-house and vendor work; share on-call rotation. Hands-on role focused on quality service and occupancy. 🎯 Requirements Minimum 4 years trade experience; at least 1 year in apartment maintenance lead/supervisory role. Strong knowledge of building maintenance. EPA/CFC Refrigerant certification (Type I/II or Universal). Computer skills to manage work orders, turns, supplies, and email.
