📋 Description Coordinate executive research, comms, CRM, and meetings. Support executive engagement programs from planning to execution. Partner with Marketing, Sales, BD, Exec Leadership, and Revenue Ops. Develop executive briefing materials for meetings and outreach. Maintain executive profiles and CRM relationship history. Coordinate executive communication campaigns and follow-up. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. 2–5 years in marketing, executive support, or project management. Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot. Strong organizational and project management skills. Excellent written communication and editing. Familiarity with AI-enabled productivity tools.
