📋 Description Lead and develop engineering team for the Trade Management domain. Partner with Product, Data, Operations, and other teams to deliver scalable software. Combine people leadership, technical guidance, and hands-on software development. Drive projects from planning through deployment with high standards of quality and execution. Mentor engineers and ensure delivery of business-critical capabilities. 🎯 Requirements 3-5 years of engineering management experience leading software teams. 5+ years of hands-on software development experience using TypeScript, C#, and Java. 2+ years Python or scripting for data workflows; familiarity with data lakes and medallion architectures. Experience within Private Markets, Capital Markets, or Financial Services, with exposure to financial market data and trade lifecycle processes. Strong project management and execution skills, delivering complex initiatives end-to-end while contributing technically across backend and frontend systems. Experience designing and supporting real-time data processing systems and event-driven architectures using Kafka and WebSockets.
