Process Lead

📋 Description Pack orders and receive inbound inventory during low-volume periods Lead and coordinate all associate activities during the shift Escalate site issues to Site Leadership, Regional Leadership, and Live Monitoring Oversee execution of facility operations and delivery processes for the shift Develop and train new associates within site and kitchen as needed Execute site-specific projects (audits, onboarding, safety checks) 🎯 Requirements 2 years internal Gopuff experience 2+ years leadership in retail, grocery, military, restaurant, or equivalent 1+ years improving processes; ServeSafe certification preferred Available 5pm-3am; weekends and holidays as needed Team-oriented mentality Stand, bend, reach, and walk; lift up to 49 pounds; Spanish preferred
