📋 Description Develop, implement, and enforce warehouse safety policies aligned with OSHA. Lead TDR program, PIT safety compliance, and other safety initiatives. Maintain up-to-date safety manuals, docs, and training records. Oversee onboarding safety training for new hires and refresher training. Conduct PIT certification, hazard awareness, and emergency response training. Coach on safe practices, PPE use, and hazard recognition. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Health, or related field. 3–5 years of safety, compliance, or risk mgmt in warehousing. Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations, warehouse safety standards, and accident prevention. Experience leading incident investigations and implementing corrective actions. Excellent communication, training, and interpersonal skills.
