Design and optimize IT support processes for efficiency and user experience. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. 5+ years in IT desktop support or similar role. Proven macOS and Google Workspace support expertise. Strong proficiency with Kandji, Intune, and Jira Service Management. Biotech lab IT environments knowledge.
