📋 Description Oversee global controllership, accounting, tax, treasury, and compliance. Define scalable finance processes and advise on revenue models for growth. Lead a global finance team and partner with the CFO and executives. Direct accounting ops (AR, AP, GL, payroll) across 20+ countries. Own sales commission plan administration and related accounting. Drive process improvements and finance systems with automation/AI. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (minimum). CPA license required. Big 4 audit experience preferred. Proven ability to build and lead global teams at scale. Strong knowledge of SEC, FASB, GAAP for software/SaaS.
