📋 Description Complete scheduled maintenance and inspections to keep systems running efficiently. Identify and resolve electrical and mechanical issues on HVAC systems. Read wiring diagrams, schematics, and manufacturer documentation. Inform clients and team of service findings and next steps. Maintain service records of work, parts used, and system conditions. Work safely and comply with safety standards, codes, and policy. 🎯 Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; technical HVAC training preferred. 1+ years HVAC maintenance experience. Strong understanding of HVAC systems, electrical circuits, and components. EPA 608 Universal Certification preferred. Ability to read blueprints and technical docs.
