📋 Description Lead design and development of Wing’s high-performance electric motors. Define system requirements for integration with ESCs. Evaluate materials and designs balancing performance and cost. Collaborate with manufacturing to scale processes using DFM. Collaborate with QA to develop manufacturing QA tests. Drive testing/validation to verify motor performance. 🎯 Requirements 8+ years designing, developing, testing electric motors in production. Bachelor’s in Electrical/Mechanical/Aerospace Eng or equivalent. Experience with BLDC/PMSM topologies and ESC/motor drives. FEA/thermal tools: Ansys Maxwell, Motor-CAD, JMAG; MATLAB/Python. Knowledge of motor manufacturing/assembly and supplier scaling.
