📋 Description Lead aeromechanics, thermal, and acoustic design for prototype vehicles. Support rapid prototyping end-to-end from concept sizing to flight test. Own the aeromechanics/thermal/acoustics discipline; set approach and standards. Assess technical feasibility of new opportunities and required approaches. Collaborate with program leads and Archer teams to align with timelines. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering; advanced degree a plus. Experience in aerodynamic performance, thermal management, or acoustics. Familiarity with CFD, thermal/fluid modeling, acoustic prediction methods. Ability to work across full development lifecycle—from concept to prototype. Experience evaluating feasibility of early-stage concepts.
