Own availability, reliability, and performance of consumer-critical systems; on-call. Keep the team shipping in small increments with sprint-sized milestones and clear ownership. Partner across Product, Design, Analytics, and other Engineering teams to build trust. 🎯 Requirements 7+ years of software engineering experience, including 3+ years managing and growing engineering teams. Proven experience delivering consumer-facing software and driving execution through ambiguity. Track record of managing performance directly—setting clear expectations and candid feedback. Technical judgment to guide architecture, quality, and reliability; empower senior engineers to decide. Experience leading significant technical initiatives end-to-end, decoupling or re-platforming systems.
