Staff Engineer - Routing & Forwarding Software Development (Broadcom BCM XGS/DNX)

📋 Description Experience: 8-12 Years Networking data plane forwarding: L2, L3, VXLAN, MCT, ACL, QoS BCM XGS/DNX chipset programming experience preferred Routing algorithms and data structures expertise Linux embedded software development C programming; Go and microservices exposure 🎯 Requirements Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to learn on the job and take up challenges Deliver complete delivery of components/modules owned Experience troubleshooting memory leaks and performance bottlenecks Experience working with multi-site project teams Ability to be productive in flexible/dynamic work environments
