📋 Description Architect and advance robust services optimizing API performance. Establish code quality standards and refine workflows across the org. Shape long-term architecture and scalability decisions. Mentor and technical authority for the engineering team. Develop metrics and analytics for services quality. Run experiments to evaluate quality, reliability, and capacity. 🎯 Requirements 7+ years of experience in engineering web services with Rust or TypeScript (Node.js). Experience building highly available API services in Docker, ECS, Kubernetes on AWS. Proficiency in monitoring instrumentation, incident triage, and customer issue resolution. Knowledge of operating systems and distributed systems (fault-tolerance, consistency, service discovery). Ability to design long-term technical strategies balancing rapid delivery with reducing systemic debt.
