Process Engineer, Welding

📋 Description Lead continuous improvements to optimize welding processes, reduce costs, and improve quality. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve welding issues while maintaining quality. Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions for welding systems. Establish KPIs to drive improvements and meet production targets. Ensure safety and EH&S compliance across welding operations. Leverage PLM, MES, and ERP for manufacturing insight and sustainability tracking. 🎯 Requirements 3+ years in welding-focused manufacturing. Bachelor's in Mechanical Eng, Materials Science, Welding Eng, or equivalent. Deep expertise in laser, resistance, and ultrasonic welding; LWM a plus. Advanced stats for process decisions (JMP or Minitab) with SQL querying. Experience leading cross-functional projects and mentoring weld teams.
