Onboarding Coordinator

📋 Description Own onboarding for new operator partners from contract to go-live. Coordinate multiple onboarding and integration projects globally. Serve as the primary contact for customers during implementation. Coordinate API integrations, product configuration and launch readiness with IT. Collaborate with Sales, Compliance, Legal, Finance and AM to hit milestones. Create/manage project plans, timelines and launch checklists. 🎯 Requirements 3+ years in B2B iGaming, with operators, suppliers or aggregators. Experience managing customer onboarding, implementation or integration projects. Strong project management skills coordinating multiple projects and stakeholders. Good understanding of API integrations, technical implementation and product releases. Excellent communication and relationship-building with customers and internal teams.
