IT Program Manager

📋 Description Lead the full lifecycle of technical projects from discovery to deployment. Develop project plans with timelines, resources, risks, and budgets using Jira/Confluence. Manage AI-powered software projects involving data, modeling, and integration. Stakeholder management: align tech teams with Portfolio Management and report progress. Drive milestones, run meetings, and resolve blockers to hit timelines. Budget management and financial reporting for projects. 🎯 Requirements 3-5+ years IT PM experience. Full lifecycle PM including discovery/selection and end-to-end delivery. Lead cross-functional teams with technical and business stakeholders. Agile methodology expertise. Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder presentation skills. Budget management and financial tracking for technical projects. Direct PM experience with AI or data-intensive projects is desirable.
