AI Content Operations Manager

📋 Description Design, build and improve AI agents, automations, and workflows for content. Review and edit all marketing content with judgement and expertise. Create and deploy content across social, ads, blogs, sites, GEO, email, video, and communications. Own daily operations of Insider One’s AI-powered content engine. Develop reusable prompts, templates, knowledge bases and content frameworks. Plan and execute integrated campaigns with Brand, Design, PM, Demand Gen and PR. 🎯 Requirements 5+ years in content marketing/editing or related fields (B2B SaaS/tech). Experience using generative AI tools in marketing. Experience building AI workflows, automations or content systems. Excellent writing, editing and editorial judgement across formats. Strong campaign development and cross-channel content delivery. Experience briefing senior executives and translating complex ideas.
