📋 Description Lead, develop, and grow the Rowan engineering team with high technical judgment. Translate Rowan's strategy into engineering plans and shipped capabilities that create value. Stay close to the Rowan experience: conversations, orchestration, memory, safety. Build agentic capabilities that perform end-to-end, reliable work. Drive projects to completion: unblock blockers, align stakeholders, ship quality. Build systems and habits to make AI dependable: evals, observability, fallbacks, recovery. 🎯 Requirements Experience shipping production agentic software and leading engineering teams. You lead engineers: set direction, coach, review designs, code when needed. Strong product judgment from customer need to architecture. Excited by AI as execution layer; value from orchestration, tools, workflows. Hands-on familiarity with LLM apps, agentic systems, workflow orchestration.
