📋 Description Supervise and guide manufacturing engineers/technicians for fluid systems. Lead orbital tube welding, tube bending, and related fabrication ops. Ensure accurate manufacturing docs: work instructions, routings, inspection steps, ERP/MRP updates. Investigate non-conformances with Quality and Design Engineering; perform root-cause actions. Provide manufacturability feedback to Design Engineering for production handoff. Monitor production, identify inefficiencies, drive safety, quality, delivery, cost improvements. 🎯 Requirements 3+ years in manufacturing, preferably metallic structures or assemblies. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or STEM field. Experience developing, implementing, or sustaining manufacturing processes, tooling, or production systems. Proficiency with CAD systems (NX, Teamcenter).
